RETURNS POLICY

UK / EU Customers:
If you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return the goods in unused condition and in original packaging* within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange the returned item(s) or credit your account as per your instructions. Returns are at customer's own expense; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods.

*Please note that Gio stockings can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened. Gio slight imperfect stockings are non-returnable.

The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our terms and conditions are subject to English Law.

Rest of World:

Your return must be marked "Returned Goods Relief Claimed". We may not be able to accept returned packages not bearing this statement. We will exchange the returned item(s) or credit your account as per your instructions. Returns are at customer's own expense; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. Any original outward shipping charge is non-refundable.
